Ingredients
1 large can V-8 juice or Clamato (spicy if you like)
2 avocados, minced
2 cucumbers, seeded and minced
1 medium red onion, minced
1/2 bunch cilantro, minced
1 jalapeno, minced
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a large non-reactive container.
Let sit for a few hours in refrigerator, or overnight.
Serve with limes and Tabasco sauce.
