Ingredients

  • 1 lg. cooking bag
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. thick & chunky salsa
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 3/4 c. chili pwdr
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • 4 pork chops (trim fat)
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 2 green peppers, minced

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Shake flour in bag and leave. Add in salsa, lemon juice, chili pwdr and garlic pwdr; shake bag to mix. Put in pork chops, put beans and green peppers on top of chops. Bake for 35 to 40 min.
