Mexican Pepper Steak Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 c. Wish-bone Italian or possibly lite Italian dressing
  • 1 c. Your favorite salsa
  • 3 med Red, green and/or possibly yellow bell peppers trimmed seeded and quartered
  • 1 sm Red onion, cut in thick rings
  • 1 1/2 lb Boneless sirloin or possibly top loin steak, 2" thick

Directions

  1. In large, shallow baking dish, combine all ingredients except steak. Add in steak; turn to coat. Cover and marinate in refrigerator, turning occasionally, 3 to 24 hrs. Prepare grill or possibly broiler. Remove steak and vegetables, reserving marinade. Grill or possibly broil steak and vegetables, turning once, till steak is done. In small saucepan bring reserved marinade to a boil; continue boiling 1 minute. Serve with steak and vegetables.
  2. Makes 6 servings.
