  1. * Laid flat on paper plate to drain off excess liquid
  2. Lightly grease 9x11-inch baking dish. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place green chiles on bottom of baking dish and sprinkle diced onion proportionately on top. Sprinkle cheeses proportionately on top of chiles and onion. Pour beaten Large eggs proportionately over cheeses. Don't stir. Bake, uncovered, 30 min. Turn off oven and let stand in oven for another 10 min. Remove from oven and let stand 5 more min, then cut into desired size squares.
  3. Note: This dish makes a savory breakfast or possibly easy dinner, but it can also be cut into smaller squares for an appetizer (it will serve about 16, depending on the size of the squares).
