Ingredients: 2 1/2 c. sifted flour; 3/4 c. sugar; 1 c. brown sugar; 1 teaspoon nutmeg, optional; 1 teaspoon salt; 3/4 c. salad oil; 1 c. buttermilk; 1 teaspoon baking soda; 1 egg; 1 c. powdered sugar (for glaze)

2 1/2 c. sifted flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 teaspoon nutmeg, optional
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 c. salad oil
1 c. buttermilk
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 egg
1 c. powdered sugar (for glaze)

Directions

Mix the first 6 ingredients into a crumb mix. Remove 3/4 c. of this mix and set aside. To the 3/4 c. add in 2 tsp. cinnamon and 1/4-1/2 c. minced pecans. Set aside for topping.
