1 (3 lb.) chicken
Wash and piece chicken and dredged in:
Directions
Saute/fry dredged pcs till tender. In a Dutch oven, place all ingredients, placing chicken on top. Cover. Simmer 45 min. Add in water as needed. Serves 4 to 6.
