Ingredients

  • 1 x (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 jar thick and chunky picante sauce
  • 1/2 jar dry beef, minced
  • 8 x -10 flour tortilla shells
  • 1 c. cheese, grated Paprika

Directions

  1. Mix cream cheese, picante sauce and dry beef till creamy. (You may chop the dry beef in a food processor, then add in the other two ingredients and mix.) Place one tortilla shell on serving dish and spread with a layer of the mix. Repeat this process till you have a stack of 8 to 10 tortilla shells with cream cheese layers between. Cover with plastic wrap and chill overnight. Cut into wedges to serve. Sprinkle with grated cheese and paprika. If you like, serve with lowfat sour cream, guacamole, or possibly extra picante sauce on the side.
