Ingredients
- 3 Large eggs
- 2 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. oil
- 2 c. grated zucchini squash
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 3 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 c. flour
- 2 ounce. minced nuts
Directions
- Mix sugar and oil; add in Large eggs. Mix well. Add in rest of ingredients; pour into greased loaf pans. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. When it bakes an hour it's done.
