- 1 T Cardamon
- 1 T Cinnamon
- 1 T Coriander
- 1 T Garlic powder
- 1 T Onion powder
- 1 T Pepper
- 1 T Poultry Seasoning
- 1 T Ground Cloves
- 1 T Parsley Flakes
- 1 T Oregano
- 1 T Paprika
- 1 T Basil
- 1 T Allspice
Directions
- Mix this well in a plastic bag.
- Store in a spice bottle with a sprinkle top.
- As a simple spice addition just sprinkle liberally on meat refrigerate an hour before cooking.
- This spice can be used in a crockpot, rib rub, pot roast or grilling. Use any method of cooking with Lambchops, Pork, chicken or beef.
