  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 4 green garlic, trimmed and sliced, using as much green as possible
  • 1/2 yellow pepper, sliced
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 3 tbs capers
  • 1/2 cup dry-cured Greek olives
  • 3oz (90gr) feta, crumbled
  • 2 tbs chopped fresh chives
  • 2 tbs chopped fresh oregano
  • 15oz (450gr) whole tomatoes, drained and chopped
  • 12oz (350gr) tuna, canned (tinned)
  • 10oz salmon
