Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 4 Large eggs, well beaten
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 1 tbsp. lemon rind, grated
  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust

Directions

  1. Cream butter, sugar and flour together. Add in Large eggs, lemon juice and rind. Pour into pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 min. Serves 6-8.
