Directions

  1. Mix grnd meat, meat loaf mix, Large eggs, lowfat milk, bread crumbs, garlic, salt and pepper together. Mix well. Grease a piece of heavy duty aluminum foil, about 15 x 24 inches. Lay out meat mix on foil in a rectangle shape about 3/4 inch thick. Place Mozzarella cheese on top of meat about 3 inches from all sides. Place salami over the cheese and then sprinkle generously with the Parmesan cheese over salami. At one end, place hard boiled Large eggs next to each other. Lift foil and roll to the other end. Healthy pinch all open ends together and smooth out meat so there will be no leakage. Flour the top and side soft the loaf. Lift foil all around to make a pan effect. Bake for 1 1/2 hrs in a 325 degree oven. Let cold and slice.
