Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds. As soon as they start to get fragrant and change color add in:
  • 1/8 tsp of turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1/2 tsp of sugar
  • 1/4 tsp of ground cumin
  • 1/8 tsp of kashmiri chili powder (cayenne if you can't get it)
  • 1/2 tsp of lemon juice
