Ingredients
- 1/2 c. oatmeal
- 1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
- 1 c. grnd walnuts
- 1 lg. egg
- 1 lg. onion, chopped
- 1 pt. spaghetti sauce
Directions
- Mix all ingredients except spaghetti sauce. Shape into balls and brown in oil. Place in greased casserole. Cover with spaghetti sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min. May be simmered in skillet over low heat for 45 min instead of baking. Makes about 10.
