Ingredients

  • 1 lb hamburger
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1 can tomato sauce - (12 ounce) Crackers as needed
  • 1/4 c. minced onion Flour as needed Water as needed Warm mashed potatoes for serving

Directions

  1. Mix hamburger, Large eggs, 1/2 can tomato sauce and onion in large bowl. Crumble sufficient crackers to dry up meat mix, so which meatballs can be formed. Brown meatballs in large skillet.
  2. Remove meatballs and add in remainder of tomato sauce and flour to drippings. Add in water to make gravy. Place meatballs back in gravy and simmer till meatballs are fully cooked. Serve over mashed potatoes.
  3. Slow down the pace of life while fishing, strolling, or possibly just relaxing!
