  • 1 loaf good French bread split length wise
  • 1 recipe Italian sauce or gravy
  • as many as you like Italian meatballs
  • as many slices of Mozzarella or shredded cheese
  • sprinkle with Parmesan

Directions

  1. Turn oven to broil
  2. Split loaf of bread and place on a lined tray
  3. Toast under broiler lightly
  4. Apply sauce with meatballs
  5. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
  6. Top with mozzarella cheese
  7. Toast under broiler until melted
  8. Remove and enjoy
