%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWithout%20any%20firther%20ado,%20let%20me%20share%20with%20you%20how%20I%20made%20our%20Meat%20Lovers%20Dinner%20Spread!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThe%20first%20dish%20I%20prepped%20was%20an%20Asian%20Salad%20with%20Grilled%20Salmon.%20This%20was%20so%20easy!%20Just%20marinate%20the%20salmon%20in%20teriyaki%20sauce,%20grill%20(skin%20side%20down)%20then%20chop,%20cool%20and%20mix%20with%20a%20bagged%20salad%20that%20has%20Asian%20flavors%20to%20it.%20I%20used%20Taylor%20Farms%20Asian%20Salad%20that%20I%20found%20in%20Save%20Mart's%20produce%20section.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThis%20tasted%20amazing%20and%20is%20definitely%20going%20to%20be%20served%20again!%20The%20flavors%20just%20meshed%20perfectly%20together.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ENext%20was%20the%20Lemon-Pepper%20with%20Dill%20Prawn%20Skewers.%20This%20dish%20is%20also%20super%20easy%20-%20just%20a%20little%20time%20consuming.%20I%20shelled%20the%20prawns%20and%20thread%20them%20onto%20bbq%20skewers.%20I%20used%20the%20method%20that%20we%20use%20for%20baiting%20a%20hook%20with%20shrimp,%20just%20start%20at%20the%20tail%20and%20go%20through%20the%20body.%20Then%20they%20sat%20in%20a%20marinade%20I%20found%20at%20Save%20Mart,%20Weber%20Just%20Add%20Juice%20Lemon%20Pepper,%20with%20fresh%20dill%20added.%20These%20bad%20boys%20only%20need%20a%20few%20minutes%20on%20the%20grill%20to%20cook%20-%20you%20know%20they%20are%20done%20when%20they%20turn%20pink!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThese%20were%20a%20HUGE%20hit%20and%20I%20can't%20wait%20to%20make%20them%20with%20different%20marinades.%20They%20are%20so%20easy%20to%20eat%20and%20the%20kids%20found%20them%20very%20intriguing.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThen%20the%20Rodeo%20Cheeseburger%20Stuffed%20Potatoes!%20I%20browned%20up%20half%20a%20pound%20of%20ground%20beef%20and%20half%20a%20pound%20of%20beef%20bacon%20(the%20bacon%20was%20not%20part%20of%20the%20Pick%205%20for%20$25%20promotion,%20is%20was%20just%20something%20that%20I%20couldn't%20live%20without!)%20and%20added%20fried%20onion.%20I%20filled%20up%20cooked%20potato%20shells%20and%20topped%20with%20cheese%20and%20bbq%20sauce,%20then%20baked%20at%20350%20until%20melted.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThese%20were%20delicious%20and%20such%20a%20fun%20spin%20on%20stuffed%20potato%20skins!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAnd%20last,%20but%20certainly%20not%20least,%20was%20our%20Mini%20New%20York%20Steaks%20with%20Blue%20Cheesy%20Mushroom%20Topper.%20Oh%20my!!%20I%20call%20them%20mini%20because%20we%20cut%20the%20steaks%20in%20half.%20To%20season%20the%20meat%20all%20I%20used%20was%20Garlic%20Salt%20with%20Parsley%20and%20Ground%20Black%20Pepper,%20then%20let%20it%20sit%20in%20the%20refrigerator%20for%20about%2045%20minutes%20before%20cooking.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThe%20Mushroom%20Topper%20was%20made%20while%20the%20steaks%20were%20grilling%20-%20its%20fast%20and%20fresh!%20If%20you%20like%20mushrooms%20and%20you%20like%20blue%20cheese%20-%20you%20will%20definitely%20want%20to%20keep%20this%20recipe%20in%20mind%20next%20time%20you%20will%20be%20grilling%20up%20some%20steaks!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBlue%20Cheesy%20Mushroom%20Topper%20for%20Steak%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIngredients%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EDirections%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E1.%20Melt%20butter%20in%20skillet%20over%20medium-high%20heat.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E2.%20Add%20mushrooms%20and%20cook%20for%20a%20few%20minutes%20until%20mushrooms%20are%20soft.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E3.%20Add%20garlic%20and%20chives.%20Cook%20for%20a%20couple%20more%20minutes%20until%20garlic%20starts%20to%20turn%20golden.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E4.%20Remove%20from%20heat%20and%20stir%20in%20blue%20cheese%20crumbles.%20Cover%20and%20let%20sit%20a%20couple%20minutes.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E5.%20Top%20steaks%20and%20serve%20immediately.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EFor%20more%20information%20on%20Save%20Mart,%20you%20can%20also%20find%20them%20on%20facebook,%20twitter%20and%20pinterest!%20If%20you%20love%20cooking%20outdoors%20-%20make%20sure%20to%20check%20out%20the%20Explore%20The%20Grill%20promotion%20that%20Save%20Mart%20has%20running%20with%20Pepsi%20right%20now.%20Every%20day%20there%20is%20a%20Green%20Egg%20grill%20being%20given%20away%20-%20go%20check%20it%20out!!%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
