Ingredients
- 1 pound grnd meat
- 1 egg
- 1 sm. onion, minced fine
- 1 teaspoon horseradish
- 1/2 c. wheat germ
- 1 teaspoon minced parsley (if you like)
- 1/2 c. catsup
- 1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
Directions
- Mix ingredients (except canned tomatoes) together and form a loaf. Place in casserole and pour sieved can of tomatoes over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 min.
