  1. Combine and mix well. Pat mix into bottom and sides of a greased 9 inch pie pan. 1 c. water 1 1/3 c. instant rice 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 c. grated cheese
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine above ingredients. Spoon into meat shell. Bake for 25 min covered with foil. Uncover, top with 4 to 6 slices tomatoes and 1/2 c. grated cheese. Bake uncovered 10 to 15 min more. Cut in wedges and serve.
