Meat Crust Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 pound grnd beef
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 c. soft bread crumbs
  • 1 tbsp. minced onion
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Pack into 9" pie pan to cover the bottom and sides. Press another pie on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 7 min. Remove upper pan, bake for 3 min more. Turn into this warm meat shell.
  2. Two c. heated and seasoned mixed vegetables (1 package frzn); 1 c. cut up fresh or possibly cooked tomatoes, liquid removed.
  3. Garnish with green pepper rings (cooked for 5 min). Return to oven, bake for 20 min. Makes about 6 servings.
