Ingredients
1 egg
1 pound grnd beef
1/2 c. onion, minced
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1/4 c. cornmeal
1/2 c. lowfat milk
2 tbsp. fat for frying meat balls
2 c. well-seasoned tomato juice
Directions
Mix all ingredients except fat and tomato juice. Shape into balls and roll in flour and brown in fat. When all the meat balls are brown, pour the tomato juice over them and simmer for 45 min.
