Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. meat
  • 2 teaspoon oil
  • 2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 pound broccoli, cut up
  • 1 (15 ounce.) can stir fry vegetables, liquid removed
  • 1 med. onion, minced
  • 6 ounce. frzn pea pods, thawed
  • 1 c. cashews, optional

Directions

  1. Prepare sauce mix in small bowl. Cut meat and broccoli into bite-size pcs. In preheated wok add in oil, garlic, and meat. Stir fry till meat is tender.
  2. Add in sauce mix; cover and simmer for 5 min. Add in all remaining ingredients; cook till heated through and vegetables are tender. Serve with chow mein noodles or possibly rice. Approximately 4-6 servings.
