Directions

  1. In a large skillet, brown meat and pour off fat. Add in taco seasoning mix and one c. water. Cook till water is absorbed and meat mix is moist but not runny. While meat is cooking, place lettuce in a large salad bowl and toss with bottled dressing till coated. Top with meat mix, kidney beans, grated cheese, tomatoes and onions. Sprinkle with 1/2 the tortilla chips crumbled. Arrange remaining chips around edge of salad in bowl. Serve immediately. Serves 4.
