1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
1 c. granulated sugar (not powdered)

Directions

Add in ingredients and follow cake mix instructions, then cool and cover with:
Mix all ingredients and heat over medium heat slowly. Let boil exactly 1 minute. Beat immediately till it begins to thicken. Pour quickly onto cake and spread evenly.
