Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 tsp Active dry yeast (not rapid rise)
  • 3 c. Bread flour
  • 1 c. Frzn mashed potatoes At room temperature
  • 2 Tbsp. Granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 3/4 c. Lukewarm lowfat milk -- (about 85 Degrees )
  • 2 Tbsp. Fresh parsley, minced -- Optional

Directions

  1. Add in all ingredients in order listed to bread machine. (reverse order if operating manual for bread machine specifies liquids first and dry ingredients last). Follow
