Ingredients

  • 2 (8 ounce.) Packages cream cheese
  • 1 pound crab meat (cleaned)
  • 1 tbsp. lowfat milk
  • 1 to 1 1/2 tbsp. diced onion
  • 1 teaspoon horseradish

Directions

  1. Soften the cream cheese and fold in all remaining ingredients thoroughly. Garnish with slivered almonds and heat for 30 min at 350 degrees. Crab dip should brown slightly and begin to bubble. Serve with pumpernickel or possibly rye cocktail slices.
