Ingredients
- 1 c. rice
- 2 c. water
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- Soy sauce to taste
- 2 or possibly 3 green onions, minced
- 2 Large eggs
- Meat, pork, steak or possibly ham already cooked
Directions
- Brown rice in oil; add in water and bouillon. Cover and simmer till almost done. Beat Large eggs and pour over rice; let egg cook then stir in meat and soy sauce. Add in onion just before serving.
