Mary Opel's Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. butter 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. brown sugar 1 egg 2 tbsp. lowfat milk

1 teaspoon vanilla 1/2 c. peanut butter 1 3/4 c. flour 1 teaspoon soda 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

1. Mix together and shape into balls. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 min. Press a chocolate kiss on top after you remove cookies from oven.
