Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 4 x extra-large or possibly jumbo Large eggs
  • 2 c. lowfat milk (2% ok)
  • 1 c. shredded Mozzarella and Swiss cheese
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can crab meat
  • 1 can tiny shrimp
  • 1/2 c. minced green onions
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 3 dsh red warm sauce - (to 4)
  • 3 x regular or possibly 2 deep-dish pie shells

Directions

  1. Mix ingredients together in mixer, beating Large eggs and lowfat milk first. Pour into pie shells. Bake on a cookie sheet at 350 degrees for one hour. Let stand 5 min. Each pie serves 6 people.
  2. This recipe yields 12 to 18 servings.
