  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 1 c. One minute oats (not Old Fashioned )
  • 4 ounce Butter - melted must use Real Butter! 1 stick
  • 2 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1 lrg Egg
  • 1 pch Salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Combine all ingredients. Place aluminum foil on cookie sheets dull side up. Don't use heavy duty foil. Use a scant tsp. of mix per cookie. Place 2 in apart. They will spread thin.
  2. Bake for 7 min. Allow to cold on foil then peel off. Crispy and yummy.
  3. Can be dipped in chocolate if you like. Keep tightly covered or possibly they will go soft. No, I do not know why you use the wrong side of the foil - my mom always made them this way.
