  1. Cook sugar, lowfat milk and butter to soft-ball stage. Add in marshmallow creme, chocolate chips and nuts. Stir till chips are melted. Pour into large 9x12 pan (buttered). Cold and cut into squares.
  2. NOTES : Yields 4 pounds
