Directions

  1. Cook sweet potatoes till tender, remove skins and mash. Add in butter, lowfat milk, nutmeg and paprika. Beat till free of lumps and light and fluffy. Mix in nuts. Spoon into greased casserole, cover completely with marshmallows and beat till marshmallows are browned. Bake at 350 degrees approximately 30 min.
