Ingredients

  • 4 c. cauliflower, sliced
  • 4 c. broccoli, sliced
  • 1 c. sliced ripe olives
  • 2/3 c. green pepper, diced
  • 1/2 jar pimentos, diced
  • 1 jar Cara Mia artichoke hearts
  • 1 med. zucchini, sliced
  • 1/4 - 1/2 pound sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 3 T lemon juice
  • 3 T wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoon dill weed
  • 2 teaspoon Beau Monde seasoning
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed

Directions

  1. Put together cauliflower, broccoli, olives, green pepper, pimentos, artichoke hearts, zucchini and mushrooms. Blend remaining ingredients and pour over vegetables. Marinate overnight in Tupperware container shaking occasionally.
