Marinated Barley Vegetable Salad Recipe

• 1/2 c. pearl barley or possibly 3/4 c. quick cooking barley
• 1 c. frzn peas, thawed
• 4 ounce. fully cooked turkey breast, cubed
• 1/2 c. coarsely minced sweet red and-or possibly yellow pepper
• 2 green onions, sliced
• 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil or possibly salad oil
• 1/2 teaspoon finely shredded lime peel
• 2 tbsp. lime juice
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
• Dash grnd red pepper
