Ingredients
- 2 onions, minced fine
- 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 pound raw shrimp, peeled
- 1 tbsp. minced parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
- 8 tomatoes, peeled and minced
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 c. white wine
Directions
- Saute/fry onions in oil till limp. Add in tomatoes, pepper, and saute/fry. Simmer for 15 min. Bring wine to a boil and add in shrimp. Cook about 5 min. Add in tomato mix to shrimp along with parsley and cook another 10 min. Serve with spaghetti.
