Ingredients
2 c. dry red wine
2 tbsp. salad oil
2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon thyme
2 onions, sliced thin
1 clove garlic
Directions
In saucepan mix all ingredients and cook till warm. Add in meat and marinate overnight.
