Marinade For Brisket Recipe

Ingredients

Juice of 1 lemon 1 can of beef consomme (Campbells) 2 garlic buds (pwdr)

1 tbsp. liquid smoke 1 sm. bottle soy sauce

Directions

1. Mix all together. Marinate brisket overnight. Next morning bake in covered pan 5 hrs at 300 degrees.
