1 bottle dark beer
1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 tbsp. dry onion flakes
1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
1/4 teaspoon powdered thyme
1 teaspoon dry oregano
15 drops Tabasco Sauce (or possibly to taste)
Black pepper to taste
Directions
Mix all together and pour over meat.
