Directions

  1. Put together first 4 ingredients in a large plastic bag. Let marinate 2-8 hrs in refrigerator.Grill chicken till cooked. Slice chicken, tomatoes, avocados, mixed greens, and onion.
  2. Put together mayonnaise, lime juice, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and chicken in a bowl.
  3. Place greens in a bowl. Place sliced onions, tomatoes and avocados on greens.
  4. Cover salad with coated chicken. Serve and enjoy!
