Ingredients

6-8 c. tomato sauce, cook for 1-1 1/2 hrs only
1 pkg. manicotti
1 pkg. frzn spinach
1 pt. Ricotta or possibly cottage cheese

1 c. Mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 egg

Directions

This is an all time favorite dish among friends. It is not very difficult and is a nice dish for a dinner party accompanied with a tossed salad and garlic bread.
