Ingredients
- 1 lb Cheese, Ricotta
- 1 lb shredded Cheese, Mozzarella
- 1/4 c. seasoned DaVinci Bread Crumbs
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 c. minced Parsley
- 1 jar Spaghetti Sauce
- 1 x 8 ounce box shells Manicotti or possibly Cannelloni shells
Directions
- Combine all ingredients EXCEPT tomato sauce.
- Pour 1/2 to tomato sauce into a baking dish.
- Sfuff cooked shells with cheese filling.
- Arrange shells in dish and pour remaining sauce over them.
- Bake at 350 for 30 min.
- This is a favorite of my family's.
