Ingredients
- 1pack of Maya Original Hotcake Mix (200g)
- 4 tbsp of water
- Mango jam for filling
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350F in a bowl, combine hotcake mix and water. Mix it until it becomes dough. Roll out dough into thin sheet. Cut into squares using cookie cutter. Put a little of the filling at the center of the dough. Fold in half then seal the edges with the fingers or using the tines of a fork. Transfer to baking sheets and bake for 20 minutes or until it turns brown. Brush with mango syrup and roll in sugar.
