Ingredients
- 1 c nut milk like cashew or almond milk
- 1/2 c mango, frozen
- 1/4 summer squash
- 1 T Betsy’s Best Gourmet Cashew Butter
- 1 T chia seeds
- pinch sea salt
- pinch cinnamon
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in blender until smooth.
- If you really dig the spice cardamom then add an extra pinch to kick up the flavor of this delicious drink!
