Directions

  1. Dissolve Jello in warm water. Add in pineapple juice and allow to partially jell. Mix cream cheese and 2 tsp. pineapple juice till smooth. Fold in partially jelled Jello. Add in liquid removed crushed pineapples and mandarin oranges. Allow to completely jell. Can garnish top with a few mandarin oranges.
