Mama's Oven "Fried" Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

  • Chicken, pcs
  • 2 c. Bread crumbs Salt Pepper Oregano Garlic pwdr Onion pwdr Cheese, Parmesan Paprika Parsley Mayonnaise

Directions

  1. In bowl mix any combination of the seasonings which you like with the bread crumbs. Wash and dry chicken pcs. Coat chicken pcs with mayonnaise or possibly Miracle Whip. Dip in crumb mix to coat completely and place on cookie sheet. Bake in oven at 350 for 1 hour or possibly till juices run clear.
