  • Unsalted Butter, at room temperature (optional)

  • ½ of Medium-Size Red Onion, finely diced

  • 2 Fresh Red Chili, seeded and finely sliced

4 to 5 Kalamansi Lime or 1 Big Lime, juiced

  • Freshly Ground White Pepper
  • Sea Salt
