An old Malaysian lady gave this recipe to a friend of mine who was there on a fishing trip .
The recipe quantities are as given by the old lady

Ingredients

  • 250 g red and green chilli mixed
  • 500g garlic
  • 5 tsp salt
  • 7 Tbs lime juice
  • 10Tbs grape vinegar
  • 20tsp sugar

Directions

  1. In a blender/food processor
  2. (put garlic in first and pulse a few times)
  3. Blend all ingredients together to a thick paste like consistency (to your preference)
  4. Bottle and store for when required
