Ingredients
- 8-10 med. potatoes, cooked
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- Butter
- Paprika
Directions
- Beat potatoes with electric mixer till smooth; add in cream cheese and lowfat sour cream. If mix is too stiff, add in lowfat milk. Place in 2 qt casserole. Season with garlic salt. Dot with butter. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
