Macaroni N' Cheese (Crockpot) Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 c. macaroni cooked and liquid removed
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 can evaporated lowfat milk (12 oz)
  • 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 3 c. shredded sharp processed cheese
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion

Directions

  1. Toss cooked macaroni in 2 Tbsp. oil. Add in all remain in ingredients. Pour into lightly greased CROCK-POT. Stir well. Cover and cook on Low 3 to 4 hrs. Stir occasionally.
