Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. elbow macaroni, cooked, liquid removed and cooled
- 18 ounce minced ham, cut into strips
- 1 1/2 c. cubed cheese (I use a mild Cheddar)
- 3/4 c. bias cut celery slices
- 1/2 c. minced green pepper
- 3/8 c. minced green onion
- 3 T minced pimento
- 3/8 c. liquid removed pickle relish
- 3/4 c. salad dressing
- 1 1/2 T prepared mustard
- 3/8 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Put together first 8 ingredients. Blend salad dressing, mustard and salt. Toss salad lightly with dressing mix. Refrigerate and serve on greens.
